Post Manage Images
Hello,

Is there any way to contact directly the IFP3 programmers in order to avoid the copy/paste answers from the support desk that are very fast but only tell us what we all already know?
I know that English is not my native language but is it that bad to the point that I never get the answer to what I ask?

I would like to suggest that under the "Manage Images">"Sort Order Options"> "Image Name: Sorted alpha-numeric" were possible to do it in a Ascending and Descending way.

Regards,

Thanks - Jay

Post Re: Manage Images
Hi Jay,

Thank you so much!
I Just ruined the order of a gallery with 137 images only because I replaced two images.
When we replace a photo, the system saves all data except the old upload date and that makes the pictures order get all changed.
Even if I want to have the trouble of move images to whatever order I like, I would have to keep that option and continue to drag images after each new upload.
When we sort a gallery by image name we automatically get an ascending order.
In the particular case of this gallery the photos are numbered 001, 002, etc. therefore It would be very useful if we can also have a descending order option. Unfortunately this simple option does not exist.
When a “sort by name” option is available, there’s always an “Ascending” and Descending” option too… except at redframe :(
Meanwhile, I already solved the problem in my own way ;)
Best regards,
