Thanks for sharing! Beautiful web site, wonderful photographs. I really enjoyed the hospital shots, the mill as well as the old amusement park. There's something about seeing an abandoned place and having a feeling about "what once was" to evoke a sad emotion.

All your work is beautiful! Welcome to the forums! Hope you see around! - Jay

Thank you, Jay. The one thing I have to learn with this awesome IFP3 site, is knowing when to say when. lol :D I've been messing around with all the awesome functions and options that it's getting harder for me to leave stuff alone. lol

The hospital was a hospital for African Americans with teburculosis. The Mill images are more powerful to me as my first job in high school was at a mill very much like that one. The mill I worked at is now being torn down as it was falling down. Kind of a shame really. Very historic building had someone been willing to repair and reuse the building.

Thank you for taking the time to look and coment, it's appreciated.

Sorry I haven't been around much. The lovely wife had a stroke and we're still reeling from that and all that mess that comes with it. I still shoot but not as much as I used to. Check out my site, I try to keep it fresh and change it from time to time.

Take care, stay healthy and keep shooting!

Jeff
